The hotel is conveniently located right beside the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern toilet facilities. One unique feature was the separate Toilette, which added a touch of elegance to our stay. The breakfast served was delicious and provided a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.

All was splendid, couldn't ask for more.

This hotel was the perfect spot for celebrating New Year's. the in-room dinner was fantastic, with the best Japanese-style dishes we've ever tasted. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we were part of the family. the hotel's location was a big plus, with the train station just a stone's throw away, making it so easy to get around. And getting pampered in the onsen felt heavenly.

The hotel's gift shop was a bit lacking, but that's really the only thing we could think of that wasn't perfect. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the train station, which made it easy for me to explore this city on foot. The hotel facilities were very well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the traditional Japanese room with its comfortable tatami mats and cool mood lighting. Additionally, the breakfast provided plenty of delicious options to choose from.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The staff at Mutsumikan were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I realized I forgot tissue in my room, the front desk kindly provided me with a packet. The food served during dinner and breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of dishes. The meals were served in generous portions, allowing me to try local specialties. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station with many shops nearby. The rooms were spacious and the traditional Japanese breakfast was a luxurious experience with various side dishes.

Great Japanese-style hotel! The staff was amazing, very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious and clean, and the onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was fantastic and offered a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine. , the hotel provided helpful information about local attractions.

The hotel had no elevator, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. the food choices for dinner were limited.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the railway station and night market. It takes only a minute or two to access restaurants and other facilities. The room is clean and spacious, with modern toilet facilities. The staff is friendly and hospitable, making the stay feel like home. The onsen experience is refreshing, with clean and smooth water. The food is delicious, especially the Hida beef and fresh sashimi.

One downside of the hotel is unclear and no proper signage and directions.
